Please allow 2 weeks from the time we receive the athlete's impression.

All orders are shipped and received by USPS ground first class. All USA residents are charged $5.00 shipping and handling fee for the 3 way shipping of a single guard. Overnight shipping is upon request and priced accordingly.



RETURN POLICY
Pro-Sport, Inc. manufactures a customized product and therefore we can not accept any returns or exchanges on our guards.

We do have a reputation for excellent customer service and would like to continue in our efforts to work with you if you are not satisfied with the guard. Should your product be defective you can return it within 30 days for replacement.
